That:
1.
Council approve Development Variance Permit No. 7918-0186-01, varying
the following, to proceed to Public Notification:
(a)
to increase the maximum percentage of back-to-back units from
20% to 45% in the "Multiple Residential (30) Zone (RM-30)"; and
(b)
to reduce the outdoor amenity space requirement for back-to-back
ground -oriented dwelling units from 6.0 square metres to
3.0 square metres per dwelling unit in the "Multiple Residential (30)
Zone (RM-30)".
