That:
1.
Council approve Development Variance Permit No. 7923-0337-00, varying
the following, to proceed to Public Notification:
(a)
to replace the Drawings Numbered 77-RZ-91 (A), (B), (C), (D), (E), (F),
(G), (H), and (I) attached to and forming part of Land Use Contract (LUC)
No. 420 and replacing them with the drawings attached and numbered
7923-0337-00 (1) through to and including 7923-0337-00 (60); and
(b)
to reduce the required number of parking spaces as outlined under
LUC No. 420 from 423 to 367.
