That:
1.
Council file Rezoning Bylaw No. 20957 that was granted Third Reading
by Resolution No. R23-1148, at the June 5, 2023, Regular Council -
Public Hearing meeting.
2.
Council file Development Variance Permit No. 7918-0145-00 that was
supported by Resolution No. R23-1149 at the June 5, 2023, Regular Council -
Public Hearing Meeting.
3.
Council endorse the Public Notification to proceed for Bylaw No. 21987 to
rezone the subject site and the portion of the unopened road allowance
shown as Block A on the attached Survey Plan (Appendix A), from
"Acreage Residential Zone (RA)" to "Comprehensive Development Zone (CD)".
If supported, the Bylaw will be brought forward for First, Second and Third
Reading.
4.
Council authorize staff to draft the amended Development Permit
No. 7918-0145-00 for Form and Character, generally in accordance with the
attached drawings (Appendix A).
5.
Council instruct staff to resolve the following issues prior to final adoption:
(a)
all subject conditions outlined in the original Planning Report for
Development Application No. 7918-0145-00, dated May 15, 2023
(Appendix D);
(b)
final acceptance from the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO)
related to the Class B ditch infilling; and
(c)
approval from the Ministry of Transportation & Transit.
