That:
1.
Council authorize staff to draft the amended Development Permit
No. 7921-0350-00 for Form and Character, generally in accordance with
the attached drawings (Appendix I).
2.
Council approve Development Variance Permit No. 7921-0350-01, varying
the following, to proceed to Public Notification:
(a)
to vary Section B.6(b) in Part 4 - General Provisions of the Zoning
Bylaw to reduce the minimum indoor amenity space required
before cash-in-lieu may be applied for a 35-unit townhouse
development from 74 square metres to 0 square metres.

Council instruct staff to resolve all subject conditions outlined in the
original Planning Report for Development Application No. 7921-0350-00,
dated September 11, 2023 (Appendix III), prior to Final Adoption.
