It was Moved by Councillor Bose Seconded by Councillor Bains That: 1. Council rescind Third Reading of Bylaw No. 21130 that was granted by Resolution No. R24-61, at the January 15, 2024 Regular Council - Public Hearing meeting. 2. Council amend Rezoning Bylaw No. 21130, as shown in Appendix II. 3. Council grant Third Reading to Rezoning Bylaw No. 21130, as amended. 4. Council approve Development Variance Permit No. 7920-0188-00 to vary the definition of "bond" in the Surrey Subdivision and Development Bylaw, 1986, No. 8830, as amended, to include the use of a Surety Bond for Servicing Agreement No. 7820-0188-00, to proceed to Public Notification. 5. Council instruct staff to resolve the following issued prior to final adoption: (a) complete all outstanding conditions identified in the Planning & Development Report and Additional Planning Comments Report for Development Application No. 7920-0188-00 dated December 18, 2023 and April 14, 2025, respectively.
