It was moved and seconded ( 1 ) That the minutes of the Development Permit Panel meeting held on March 26, 2025, and the Chair’s report for the Development Permit Panel meetings held on August 23, 2023, be received for information; and ( 2 ) That the recommendations of the Panel to authorize the issuance of Development Permit (DP 22-027199) for the properties at 20455 Dyke Road, 7500 No. 9 Road and a portion of PID 031-553-231, be endorsed, and the Permits so issued.
