That:
1.
Council approve Development Variance Permit No. 7922-0375-01, varying
the following, to proceed to Public Notification:
(a)
to increase the maximum single family dwelling setback of the
"General Agriculture Zone (A-1)" from 50 metres to 57 metres.
2.
Council instruct staff to resolve the following issues prior to final approval:
(a)
completion of all conditions of approval identified in the original
Planning Report for Development Application No. 7922-0375-00
dated December 4, 2023 (Appendix II).
