That:
1.
Council approve Development Variance Permit No. 7920-0159-01, varying the
following, to proceed to Public Notification:
(a)
to vary the Zoning Bylaw to increase the maximum percentage of
back-to-back townhouse units permitted within the "Multiple
Residential 30 Zone (RM-30)" from 20% to 35.5%.
2.
Council instruct staff to resolve the following issues prior to final approval:
(a)
all conditions of approval outlined in the Additional Planning Comments
Report No. 7920-0159-01, dated October 30, 2023.
