1.
Council authorize staff to draft Development Permit No. 7923-0072-00 for
Sensitive Ecosystems (Streamside Areas).
2.
Council instruct staff to resolve the following issues prior to final approval:
(a)
submission of a finalized Sensitive Ecosystem Development Plan to
the satisfaction of City staff;
(b)
registration of a combined Statutory Right-of-Way / Section 219
Restrictive Covenant over the designated Streamside Protection
Area for both “No Build” and conveyance access; and
(c)
completion of all conditions of approval identified in the original
Planning Report for Temporary Use Permit Application
No. 7923-0072-00 dated May 1, 2023.
