Council rescind Resolution R22-1092 granting Second Reading to Housing Agreement
Bylaw No. 20673 at the June 13, 2022 Regular Council – Land Use meeting.
4.
Council amend the Housing Agreement by extending the term of the
agreement to 40 years (previously 20 years).
5.
Council reconsider Second and Third Readings for Housing Agreement
Bylaw No. 20673, as amended.

6.
Council approve Development Variance Permit No. 7921-0060-01, varying
the following, to proceed to Public Notification:
(a)
In Sub-Section J.1 Amenity Spaces of Comprehensive Development (CD)
Zone 62, waive the indoor amenity space requirement for the 67 proposed
affordable seniors rental units.
7.
Council instruct staff to resolve the following issues prior to final adoption:
(a)
All issues outlined in the original Planning & Development Report
for 7921-0060-00 and dated May 30, 2022, remain applicable.
