That:
1.
Council authorize staff to draft Development Permit No. 7917-0169-02
generally in accordance with the attached drawings (Appendix I).
2.
Council approve Development Variance Permit No. 7917-0169-00, varying the
following, to proceed to Public Notification:
(a)
to reduce the minimum west side yard flanking street setback of
Comprehensive Development Bylaw No. 19575 from 7.5 metres to
6.0 metres to the principal building face.
