That:
1.
Council approve Development Variance Permit No. 7920-0162-01, to reduce
the minimum lot width of the RF-13 Zone from 12 metres to 10.5 metres for
proposed Lot 3, to proceed to Public Notification.
2.
Council instruct staff to resolve the following issues prior to final approval:
(a)
Completion of all requirements under Development Application
Nos. 7920-0159-00 and 7920-0162-00.
