R25/18-7 It was moved and seconded That Tree Survival Securities continue to be released on a phased approach, with 90% of the security returned at substantial completion of construction upon submission of a Post-Construction Assessment Report, and the remaining 10% released one year later following the submission of a Final Post-Construction Assessment Report, rather than adopting the standardizing 100% release upon fulfillment of permit terms and conditions.
