官方纪要列项目地点为 7790 与 7850 King George Boulevard。2025 年听证标题另以括号写出 7890 King George Boulevard；本轮没有图纸解释括号地址与前两址的关系，因此不把它当作已证实的第三地块。业主栏列 Crispen Development Ltd. 与 BCG Village Ltd.，代理栏列 Dawson and Sawyer Properties Ltd.。关联的整片重分区方案涉及六个区块、拟建 21 栋公寓楼，部分有底层商业；这是配套项目的申请规模，不能说条例 21096 单独批准了 21 栋建筑。
条例 21096 是官方社区规划（OCP）修订。2023 年公听摘要拟把 Figure 3 的 Urban 改为 Multiple Residential，并在 Table 7A 为 Block 1 至 6 分别列最高容积率 2.78、2.79、2.45、2.75、2.35、2.48。2025 年重新公听的摘要依序列 2.78、2.79、2.23、2.75、2.35、2.49；相较旧摘要，Block 3 从 2.45 降至 2.23，Block 6 从 2.48 升至 2.49，其他四块所列数字不变。这是两次会议摘要的比较，不冒充已签署条例的逐字条文。
2023 年 11 月 20 日，条例分别通过一读与二读；12 月 4 日通过三读。2025 年 1 月 13 日，议会先撤回原三读及原二读，再通过按 Appendix VI 修订、修订后二读，并另排定 1 月 27 日公听。修订版在 1 月 27 日通过三读，2 月 10 日 R25-304 记录最终通过。R25-304 由 Kooner 提议、Bains 附议；这只是该动议的程序角色，不能推成两人的记名赞成票。旧读议是历史上实际发生的决定，不因后来撤回而消失。
2023 年整片项目的初始议会决议列出：申请人应按相关政策及法律充分补偿和／或搬迁现有活动房屋园居民；还应为拟在 Lot 4 建设的托儿设施提供市方可接受的财务担保。这些是当时列出的后续条件，并不是居民已获安置、担保已缴或托儿设施已建成的证据。2025 年 2 月另有多条开发差异许可和开发许可的签发授权，均是与 OCP 条例不同的决定。
本轮纪要只引用 2025 年修订 Appendix VI，没有取得附件正文、通过版条例全文、完整规划报告、项目附图、条件逐项完成记录或实际签出的许可文件。会议纪要确认最终通过日，不能据此还原现行整合后的 OCP 条文，也不能推定施工、入住或相关许可的实际签发状态。
