( 2 ) That OCP Bylaw 7100, Amendment Bylaw 9215, as amended, to change Schedule 2.10 (City Centre Area Plan) by amending the Aberdeen Village – Detailed Transect Descriptions to allow for a maximum 1.5 Floor Area Ratio (FAR) Village Centre Bonus for non-residential uses on the subject site, be forwarded to a public hearing.
