R26/12-2 It was moved and seconded That there be an addition to part (4) of Item 11 of the Agenda, page CNCL 6, to read as follows: “(4) That staff explore options: (a) for a possible emergency shelter fund; and (b) for shelter service providers to be flexible in length of residency rules in emergency circumstances.”
