R26/3-1 1 . It was moved and seconded That: ( 1 ) the minutes of the Regular Council meeting held on January 26, 2026, be adopted as circulated; and ( 2 ) the minutes of the Special Council meeting held on February 2, 2026, be adopted as circulated;
