That:

Council rescind the resolution granting Third Reading to Text Amendment
Bylaw No. 20775.
2.
Council amend Text Amendment Bylaw No. 20775, and grant Third Reading
to Bylaw No. 20775, as amended.
3.
Council authorize staff to draft Development Permit No. 7922-0211-00 for
Sensitive Ecosystems (Green Infrastructure Areas) in accordance with the
attached subdivision layout (Appendix I), and the finalized Ecosystem
Development Plan.
