R25/5-7 18 . It was moved and seconded ( 1 ) That the minutes of the Development Permit Panel meeting held on February 12, 2025, and the Chair’s report for the Development Permit Panel meetings held on November 14, 2024 and February 12, 2025 , and January 29, 2025 , be received for information; and ( 2 ) That the recommendations of the Panel to authorize the issuance of: ( a ) a Development Permit (DP 22-023115) for the 9311/9331 Ferndale Road; and ( b ) a Development Permit (DP 23-018521) for the property at 7491 No. 1 Road; and ( c ) a Development Permit (DP 22-023117) for the property at 9511 Granville Avenue; be endorsed, and the Permits so issued.
