Site Servicing and Frontage Improvements
At the subdivision stage, the applicant is required pay, in keeping with the Subdivision and
Development Bylaw No. 8751, a $29,200.00 cash-in-lieu contribution for the design and
construction of frontage upgrades as set out in Attachment 5.
