Council amend the Housing Agreement by extending the term of the agreement to 40 years (previously 20 years). 5. Council reconsider Second and Third Readings for Housing Agreement Bylaw No. 20673, as amended. 6. Council approve Development Variance Permit No. 7921-0060-01 (Appendix III) varying the following, to proceed to Public Notification: (a) In Sub-Section J.1 Amenity Spaces of Comprehensive Development (CD) Zone 62, waive the indoor amenity space requirement for the 67 proposed affordable seniors rental units.
