Business Tenant Relocation
There are currently four business tenants on the subject site (e.g., vehicle sales, vehicle rental
and financial services), all of whom are renting space on a month-to-month basis and have
signed agreements acknowledging that their tenancy is temporary and they are aware the site
is planned for redevelopment. In addition, the owner has submitted a letter confirming that
they will comply with the City’s relocation objectives regarding the site’s existing business
tenants, including six months notice, realtor assistance (at the owner’s cost) and, where
applicable, first right of refusal on space in the proposed development.
