The question on the motion was not called as discussion took place on (i) keeping agricultural land for farming, (ii) industrial intensification, (iii) removal of the land from the Agricultural Land Reserve in March 2020, and (iv) benefits of this project and best interests of the region. The question on the motion was then called and it was DEFEATED with Mayor Brodie, Cllrs. Au, Heed, Hobbs, Loo and McNulty opposed.
