Prior to final adoption of the rezoning bylaw, the applicant must register restrictive covenants on Title to ensure: x The coach house on each lot proposed cannot be stratified. x The Building Permit application and ensuing development at the site is generally consistent with the proposed preliminary conceptual plans. Plans submitted at Building Permit stage must comply with all City regulations, including zoning.
