Jack, Surrey Environmental Partners: The delegation spoke to the removal of trees from the subject site and tree replanting schedule, as well as loss of biodiversity. A. Kaps, North Surrey: The delegation spoke to the student enrolment projections and removal of trees from the subject site. Written submissions were received as follows: • Email dated July 12, 2021, M. Willis expressing support for the proposal. • Email dated July 8, 2021, R. Landale expressing opposition for the proposal citing affordability, trees and traffic.
