Award Contract No. 1721-003-21 to B.A. Blacktop Infrastructure Inc. in the amount of $7,572,485.64 (including GST) for the 140 Street Widening and Bear Creek Bridge Replacement; 2. Set the expenditure authorization limit for Contract No. 1721-003-21 at $8,330,000.00 (including GST and contingency); 3. Approve the expenditure of $157,500 (including GST) payable to TELUS for the relocation of infrastructure for 140 Street Road and Bridge Improvements; 4. Award Consultant Agreement No. 1721-003 C1 to McElhanney Ltd. in the amount of $227,052.00 (including GST) for the related engineering construction services; 5. Set the expenditure authorization limit for Consultant Agreement No. 1721-003 C1 at $250,000 (including contingencies and GST); and 6. Authorize the General Manager, Engineering to execute Contract No. 1721-003-21 and Consultant Agreement No. 1721-003 C1. RES.R25-1808 Carried
