新版规划报告提出向市府移交相当于地块总面积 21.1% 的开放空间，低于社区规划的 30% 基准；公园部门接受此布局，并要求其他公园用地义务以现金替代。这些是报告列出的方案和条件，不能据此推断土地已经移交。
2024 年 9 月 9 日一、二、三读；10 月 21 日最终通过。同日签发授权的开发许可 -00 和偏差许可 -02 是各自独立的议会决定。
