That Council supports advancing the
Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) exclusion application to the Agricultural
Land Commission, providing the uses in the portion of the site excluded
from the ALR be limited to agro-industrial uses through an appropriate zone
and restrictive covenant, in addition to the compensation being proposed by
the applicant for Development Application 7920-0229-00.
