市府报告记载，建筑许可 2021-039647-00 于 2022 年 3 月 14 日附条件签发：北侧院入口不合当时分区规则，符合规定前不能获得最终入住许可。此前市府网页曾错误说明某些侧院入口可行；2022 年 7 月 26 日申请人获告知，预期的通用分区修订不会进行。申请人因而需取得本案偏差或修改图纸。消防部门审查本址后未提出反对。
