That the Council of the City of Richmond hereby affirms its support of the City of Richmond’s application dated October 24, 2023, to the Lieutenant-Governor in Council for the appointment of a Commissioner as contemplated by section 43 of the Municipalities Enabling and Validating Act, RSBC 1960, Chapter 261, as amended.
