( 1 ) That the Chair’s report for the Development Permit Panel meetings held on September 10, 2025, October 16, 2025 and November 13, 2025, be received for information; and
( 2 ) That the recommendations of the Panel to authorize the issuance of:
( a ) a Development Variance Permit (DV 25-019257) for the property at 4611 Viking Way;
( b ) a Development Permit (DP 25-007857) for 8251 Alexandra Road; and
(c) a Development Permit for (DP 24-050212) for 10320 Railway Avenue.
be endorsed, and the Permits so issued.
