2024 年 5 月 27 日，21256 分别通过一读、二读、三读。2025 年 3 月 10 日，议会撤回旧三读和旧二读，按 Appendix IV 修订并重新通过二读。4 月 14 日，会议纪要记录修订版三读通过；该页决议号只印作“RES.R25-”，本站保留不完整原号，不补造完整编号。该次三读由 Kooner 提议、Stutt 附议，这是程序角色，不是个人记名赞成票。
