R24/21-14 18 . It was moved and seconded ( 1 ) That the minutes of the Development Permit Panel meeting held on November 27, 2024, and the Chair’s report for the Development Permit Panel meetings held on September 27, 2023 and November 14, 2024 , be received for information; ( 2 ) That the recommendations of the Panel to authorize the issuance of Development Permit (DP 22-011557) for the property located at 6531 Francis Road, be endorsed and the Permit so issued; and ( 3 ) That the recommendations of the Panel to authorize the changes to the design of the Development Permit (DP 22-013200) issued for the property at 6011 River Road, be endorsed and the changes be deemed in General Compliance with the Permit.
