Staff meet with BC Housing staff monthly to discuss opp01iunities to advance housing development along a housing continuum. These meetings are also used to discuss the ongoing operation of housing, including Aster Place, situated on City-owned lands. Since the opening of Aster Place, staff have received limited feedback from the community or been made aware of substantive matters requiring inter-agency review. As a result, meetings of the CAC have not been called and presentations to Council have not been necessary as contemplated by the MOU.
