PURPOSE: The applicant is requesting to amend the Official Community Plan Figure 16: Downtown Densities for the subject site from 3.5 FAR to 7.5 FAR. The proposal also includes rezoning the same site from Single Family Residential Zone to Comprehensive Development Zone in order to develop a 33-storey high-rise residential tower consisting of approximately 343 dwelling units. The Notice of the Public Hearing was read by the City Clerk. There were no persons present to speak to the proposed Bylaw. No written submissions were received for this proposal.
