Moved by Councillor Stutt Seconded by Councillor Kooner That Council: 1. Receive Corporate Report R154 for information; 2. Endorse the use of Professional Reliance for Racking Permits, as described in the report; 3. Approve amendments to the Surrey Building Bylaw, 2012, No. 17850 as summarized the report and detailed in Appendix "I"; 4. Direct the City Clerk to give public notice, in accordance with Section 94 of the Community Charter, of the proposed amendments to the Surrey Building By-law, as documented in Appendix "I", and to provide an opportunity to persons who consider they are affected by the Surrey Building By-law amendments to make written representations to Council; and 5. Authorize the City Clerk to bring forward the necessary amendment bylaw for the required readings and to set a date for the related public hearing. RES.R25-1815 Carried
