It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Bains That Council: 1. Receive Corporate Report R247 for information; 2. Endorse, in principle, the proposed set of actions on changes to the City’s office development and density bonus policies in the City Centre, as outlined in the report; and 3. Direct staff to bring back amendments for Council’s consideration to Surrey Official Community Plan Bylaw, 2013, No. 18020, Surrey Zoning By-law, 1993, No. 12000, and any other City bylaws, policies, and regulations as required to implement these changes.
