It was Moved by Councillor Bains Seconded by Councillor Stutt That pursuant to Section 146 of the Community Charter, S.B.C. 2003, c.26 and amendments thereto and the Appointment of By-law Enforcement Officers By-law 1994, No. 12167, as amended, Tyler Giller is hereby appointed under Section 146 of the Community Charter, S.B.C. 2003, c.26 and amendments thereto and the Appointment of By-law Enforcement Officers By-law 1994, No. 12167, as an Animal Control Officer for the City of Surrey until the termination of the person’s employment by the City of Surrey as an Animal Control Officer .
