OPTIONS FOR REGULATING THE USE OF THE CITY'S WATERFRONT

A new Wharves Regulation Bylaw will: 7226352 1. Provide a regulatory tool to operate public wharves and other waterfront assets for the safe use and enjoyment of the community; 2. Provide clarity on what activities are and are not permitted at the City's wharves and waterlots; 3. Provide enforcement tools for removing unwanted vessels and issuing fines for prohibited activities occurring at the City's wharves and waterlots thus formalizing existing policies and procedures for City facilities;
