(Rajinder Warraich) PURPOSE: The applicant is requesting to amend the Official Community Plan (OCP) Figure 3: General Land Use Designations from Urban to Multiple Residential for the subject site. The proposal also includes rezoning the same site from Half-Acre Residential Zone to Comprehensive Development Zone in order to develop a four-storey mixed-use building with 42 units and 756 square metres of commercial space.
