It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Hepner That Council: 1. Receive Corporate Report R088 for information; 2. Award Contract No. 1220-040-2022-101 to ClearTech Industries Inc. in the amount of $620,591 (including applicable taxes), for the provision of pool chemicals in aquatics facilities; 3. Set the expenditure authorization limit for Contract No. 1220-040-2022-101 at $682,650 (including applicable taxes and contingency); and 4. Authorize the General Manager, Parks, Recreation & Culture, to execute a one year contract with four one-year optional extensions for a total of five years in favour of the City, subject to satisfactory performance and any other related considerations to a maximum of $682,650 including contingency, applicable taxes and annual consumer price index (CPI) rate increases.
