Planning Report - Application No. 7923-0185-00 and 7923-0185-01 10068, 10078, 10088 and 10098 - 133 Street; Portion of 133 Street Road Allowance To rezone a portion of the site from Urban Residential Zone to Compact Residential Zone in order to develop a 6-storey residential building, containing 98 market strata dwelling units, over two levels of underground parking in City Centre and a remnant compact residential lot. In addition, the proposal includes a Development Variance Permit to reduce the minimum lot width for a Type I - Interior lot for proposed Lot 2.
