The agenda of the December 4, 2023, Regular Council Public Hearing meeting be amended to include Item H.16: Newton Business Improvement Area Bylaw, 2024, No. 21043. 2. The agenda be adopted as amended. RES.R23-2436 Carried 2. Adoption of the Minutes a. Special Council – November 17, 2023 It was Moved by Councillor Hepner Seconded by Councillor Stutt That the minutes of the Special Council meeting held on November 17, 2023, be adopted.
