2026-06-22 Council item 16: BC Housing TU application report package

Local Government Act The Local Government Act states that TUPs are valid for a period of up to three years from the date of issuance and that an application for one extension to the Permit may be made and issued for up to three additional years. Since there has already been one extension application in 2024, a new TUP application is required. The proposed term for this permit is for a three-year term from March 15, 2027, to March 15, 2030.
