It was Moved by Councillor Bains Seconded by Councillor Kooner That: 1. Council file Development Variance Permit No. 7925-0256-00 associated with Development Application No. 7925-0256-00. 2. Council endorse Development Variance Permit No. 7925-0256-01, varying the following in the Zoning Bylaw, to proceed to Public Notification and bring the Development Variance Permit forward for an indication of support by Council. (a) in Section G. "Height of Buildings" of Part 47B Business Park 2 Zone (IB-2), increase the maximum building height allowed from 14 metres to 18 metres; (b) in Section E. "Lot Coverage" of Part 47B Business Park 2 Zone (IB-2), increase the maximum lot coverage allowed from 60% to 66%; If supported, the Development Variance Permit will be brought forward for issuance and execution by the Mayor and City Clerk in conjunction with the final adoption of the associated rezoning bylaw.
