It was Moved by Councillor Kooner Seconded by Councillor Hepner That Council: 1. Award Contract No. 1220-040-2023-051 in two parts with a total expenditure of $2,690,812.90; 2. Award Contract No. 1220-040-2023-51 (part 1) to Metro Motors Ltd. in the amount $1,519,900.48, (including applicable taxes and levies) for the supply of 16 vehicles, including six trucks with winter maintenance equipment; 3. Award Contract No. 1220-040-2023-051 (part 2) to Mainland Ford Ltd. in the amount of $1,170,912.42 (including applicable taxes and levies) for the supply of 16 vehicles; and 4. Authorize the General Manager, Engineering to execute Contract No. 1220-040-2023-051. RES.R24-51 Carried
