As part of the transition of River Run and Willow to the new operators, Atira offered to donate
the equipment and furnishings that were onsite to DDA and SRCC in order to support their
operations. Upon review by the new operators, a number of these items were found to be
damaged, worn or in need of replacement in order to comply with the Child Care Licensing
Regulation or to ensure a broad range of quality learning experiences for the children. A list of
the necessary equipment and furnishings for River Run is included in Attachment 3 and for
Willow in Attachment 4. The previously approved loft structures are no longer the highest
priority needs.
