CORPORATE REPORTS The Corporate Reports, under date of December 4, 2023, were considered and dealt with as follows: Item No. R205 Proposed Bylaw Amendments for the Management of Supportive Recovery Homes File: 4815-01 Note: See Bylaw No. 21118, 21119, and 21120 in the H-Section. The General Manager, Community Services submitted a report to obtain Council approval to amend the Business License Bylaw, MTI Bylaw, and the BEN Bylaw to remove the requirement for Supportive Recovery Home operators to complete a Housing Agreement.
