It was Moved by Councillor Stutt Seconded by Councillor Kooner That: Regular Council - Land Use Minutes June 9, 2025 Page 7 1. a Bylaw be introduced to enter into a Housing Agreement and be given First, Second and Third Reading (Appendix I); and 2. Council instruct staff to resolve the following issues prior to final adoption: (a) all subject conditions outlined in the original Planning Report for Development Application No. 7919-0263-00 dated November 14, 2022 (Appendix II); and (b) registration of a Restrictive Covenant for deferred contributions for the proposed market rental units, including Capital Projects Contributions, Affordable Housing, and Public Art.
