Dhaliwal) PURPOSE: The applicant is requesting to zone the Lands from Acreage Residential Zone (RA) to CD 21742 to permit a development generally consisting of a mixed retail and office commercial centre. The Land’s original development proposal was granted third reading in 2012 and now requires further changes to the Comprehensive Development (CD) Zone.
